Perfecto como postre para d\u00edas calurosos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes (para 4 personas):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tazas de mel\u00f3n cantaloupe Mike\u2019s Melons, en cubos<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd taza de az\u00facar (puedes sustituir por miel o jarabe de agave al gusto)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd taza de agua<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Hojas de menta fresca para decorar (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instrucciones <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Preparar el alm\u00edbar:<\/strong> en una olla peque\u00f1a, calienta el agua con el az\u00facar hasta que se disuelva. Deja enfriar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Licuar:<\/strong> coloca en la licuadora el mel\u00f3n, el alm\u00edbar enfriado y el jugo de lim\u00f3n. Procesa hasta obtener una mezcla suave.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Congelar:<\/strong> Vierte la mezcla en un recipiente met\u00e1lico o de vidrio poco profundo. Congela durante 1 hora.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Raspar:<\/strong> cada 30\u201340 minutos, raspa con un tenedor para formar cristales de hielo.
