Preheat oven to 180\u00baC (160\u00baC fan\/gas mk 4). Rub with oil and season. Place breasts in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes, until throughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes.<\/p>

Wash hands, knives & surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw chicken. Filleting removes all major bones, but some small bones may remain.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
