Melon Pops with Chili and Lime
A fresh, fun snack with a spicy kick — perfect for hot days.
Ingredients (for 8–10 pops)
2 cups Mike’s Melons cantaloupe, cut into medium cubes
Chili powder (such as Tajín or chili-lime seasoning), to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Wooden popsicle sticks or small skewers
Instructions
Insert the melon cubes onto the wooden sticks.
Squeeze lime juice over the pops.
Sprinkle chili powder to taste.
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to enhance the flavor.
