Melon Pops with Chili and Lime

Ingredients (for 8–10 pops)

  • 2 cups Mike’s Melons cantaloupe, cut into medium cubes

  • Chili powder (such as Tajín or chili-lime seasoning), to taste

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Wooden popsicle sticks or small skewers

Instructions

  • Insert the melon cubes onto the wooden sticks.

  • Squeeze lime juice over the pops.

  • Sprinkle chili powder to taste.

  • Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to enhance the flavor.
