Iced Coffee with Mike’s Melons Foam

A refreshing, creative drink that combines the boldness of coffee with the natural sweetness of melon.

Ingredients (for 2 glasses)

  • 2 cups espresso or strong coffee, cooled

  • 1 cup Mike’s Melons cantaloupe, cubed and well chilled

  • ½ cup milk (regular or plant-based)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

  • Ice, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the coffee: brew espresso or strong coffee, let it cool, and set aside.

  2. Make the melon foam: in a blender, combine the melon, milk, and honey. Blend until smooth, light, and frothy.

  3. Assemble: fill a glass with ice, pour in the cooled coffee, and top generously with the melon foam.

  4. Optional: garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or lemon zest for extra aroma.
