Mike's Melons Honeydew Granita with Basil and Honey
An exquisite and refreshing blend: the natural sweetness of Mike’s Melons honeydew, the aromatic touch of fresh basil, and the smoothness of honey come together in a light, elegant dessert that’s perfect for warm days.
Ingredients (serves 4):

3 cups honeydew Mike’s Melons, cubed

2–3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)

2 tbsp lemon juice

8–10 fresh basil leaves
Instructions:

Place the melon, honey, lemon juice, and basil leaves in a blender and process until smooth.

Check sweetness and add more honey if desired.

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish (glass or metal) and place in the freezer.

Every 30–45 minutes, scrape the mixture with a fork to form ice crystals.

Continue for about 3 hours until you achieve the light, flaky texture of granita.

Spoon into cups or glasses and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
