Ingredients (serves 1–2)
1 cup Mike’s Melons, cubed and well chilled
1 ripe banana (frozen if you prefer extra creaminess)
½ cup coconut milk or other plant-based milk (adjust for desired texture)
1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
Suggested Toppings:
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp seeds (chia, sunflower, or pumpkin)

Instructions:
